Kiel Becker was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and while he spent much of his youth in the mid-west he has always and forever will consider Webster, Massachusetts his home. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Nichols College in 2009. Kiel then went on to the University of Maine School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2013.
Prior to pursuing his Juris Doctor Kiel volunteered, interned and worked with startup and venture capital projects. It was at that time that Kiel developed his love for entrepreneurialism and business. After being admitted into the Maine Bar in 2014, Kiel felt he had not properly developed the business acumen or ability to interact and build rapport with C – Suite executives he felt was needed to adequately help clients succeed, so Kiel decided to partner with the Owner and a SVP at one of the nation’s top managed care recruiting firms to create a new role for himself. For over two years Kiel guided some of the nation’s largest managed care organization navigate their employment needs as they grew due to the Affordable Care Act.
In addition to aiding business clients Kiel passionately advocates for the rights of his clients whether in civil, criminal or probate matters.
Kiel is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the Maine Bar and is a member of Massachusetts Bar Association.
In additional to his professional pursuits, Kiel is very passionate about the sport of rugby. Kiel has played all over the USA for teams including Danbury RFC, Portland RFC, Chicago Griffins RFC, Worcester RFC, Columbus Castaways RFC, Scioto Valley/1823 RFC and Nichols College RFC. Kiel also spent time playing in London, England for Belsize Park RFC and the Egham Hollowegians. Today, he focuses his time in New England’s rugby community as both a player and 7’s coach with Worcester Rugby Football Club.
